1. About us

Topplet is a marketplace selling professionally refurbished and used laptops in India. All units are tested, certified and warrantied by Topplet.

2. Account & eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information to create an account. You're responsible for safeguarding your password.

3. Pricing & availability

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable GST. Inventory is limited and listings may be removed without notice. We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card details. By placing an order you authorise the charge to your selected payment method.

5. Product condition

Each listing clearly states whether the unit is Like New, Refurbished, or Used. Cosmetic blemishes are normal on Used units. Functional defects are disclosed where present.

7. Intellectual property

All content on topplet.com is owned by Topplet or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify or redistribute it without written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Topplet's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru.
