Shipping Policy

Free shipping on all orders over ₹999. Orders below ₹999 incur a flat ₹49 shipping fee.

Processing time

All laptops undergo a final 60-point inspection before dispatch. Orders are typically processed and handed off to our shipping partner within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.

Delivery timelines

• Metro cities: 3–5 business days
• Non-metro: 5–7 business days
• Remote PIN codes: up to 10 business days

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also see status updates under My Account → Orders.

Shipping partners

We currently work with Bluedart, Delhivery and DTDC depending on serviceability.

Damaged in transit

If your laptop arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and contact us within 48 hours at hello@topplet.com. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
