Return & Warranty Policy

7-day no-questions-asked returns on every laptop sold by Topplet. Plus up to 12-month warranty on Refurbished units and 6-month warranty on Used units.

How to start a return

  1. Email returns@topplet.com within 7 days of delivery, with your order number.
  2. We'll schedule a free pickup from your address.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the laptop, your refund is processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Return conditions

  • The laptop must be in the same cosmetic and functional condition as received.
  • All original accessories (charger, box, documents) must be returned.
  • Any additional damage, missing accessories, or activation-locked devices may attract a restocking fee.

Warranty

Refurbished laptops carry a 12-month seller warranty covering manufacturing defects, motherboard, battery and screen issues. Used laptops carry a 6-month seller warranty. Physical damage, liquid spills, and unauthorised repairs void the warranty.

Warranty claims are serviced via free pickup from your location. Most repairs are completed within 7–10 working days.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Razorpay) and typically reflect in 5–7 business days. Cancellation before dispatch is refunded in full immediately.
